CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/CREDITS/MAKEUPS for MVPSOS
All Clinics, training (One on One training, Drew League, T4T, Pre-season Clinic) etc. require a 30-day written notice of cancellation. No makeups are allowed for missed sessions.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS FOR SINGLE SESSION or STAND ALONE EVENTS
In the event of a player cancellation 48 hours or more before the first day of the event, you will receive a full refund minus 50% of your registration fee. In the event of a player cancellation 48 hours or less before the first day of the event, NO refunds or credits will be issued.
Credits are given only for documented injuries upon notification at least 48 hours in advance of the event.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/CREDITS for MVPSOS CAMPS (MVP School of Basketball Camp, Elite 20 IOC)
If you have to cancel for any reason, we will issue you a camp credit for all camp fees paid, valid through the following camp summer. Your camp voucher is transferable to any family member and may be used in the sport that you are initially registered in.
